Compass Lost

Me 9 years ago.

With all the changes in life. The coming and going. Chaos of life's ups and downs. It is easy to lose track of things, sometimes that can even include one's self. And this is when we are at our greatest vulnerability for attack, or even fall into a trap. See the enemy can not get to us when things are going good for us, he knows that. But if he can get things going bad for us, much in the way that he did for Lot in the Bible, it is then that he knows that he can set the largest traps for us. It is then that if we are not carefully prayed up, that we can and will lose our compass in life and fall into such traps. That is why it is so important to have what I refer to as a "moral compass". Our moral compass will enable us to know which direction to go in times of darkness and trouble. It is also the precursor to our ability to know right from wrong, and to choose to do what is right.

In my experience this all starts with a simple little compromise. A little white lie or a simple little justification for one's actions. To which it becomes a very bad slippery slope from there. One that will lead you down the unthinkable roads like to that of addictions, or adultery, and yes even the unthinkable things that the enemy will throw at you as you continue down that road. Once we lose our way, the only way to get back on track is to be led by The Holy Spirit, who is our only hope for deliverance. We need to understand God's truth. His truth will testify to the fact that no amount of drugs will ever be able to deliver a person from drugs. No amount of self help is going to get you free from alcohol or even pornography. There is only one help that will get you totally free from all of this, and keep you free from all of this; Jesus! I discuss all of this in my book The Wisdom Seeker Tweets of Wisdom which you can find on Amazon. In my book I talk about my journey and some of my heartaches from miscarriages and abortion to the bondages of drugs, etc. In hopes of helping others who have suffered from the same choices in life, and are desperate to be free.

You may think that right now your situation is hopeless. That there is no hope for you, let me tell you something. There is always hope, as long as you have breath in your lungs and just enough to confess that Jesus is Lord of your life than you can be free. Just ask for His forgiveness, for He is faithful and just to forgive everyone of their sins. So don't you dare listen to that devil when he tells you that you are no good, and that you can never be forgiven. That is a lie straight from the pits of Hell.

Anyway, I do want you to check out my book on Amazon. It's free if you have Kindle Unlimited or the ebook is only $0.99 USD. You can also purchase the newly revised copy in paperback form for $14.99. Trust me this book will help change your life or the life of a loved one struggling in the same bondages. Help is here, you are not alone.
